Mould Area Protection

Condensation on chilled moulds occurs in hot and humid climates. It can cause defects in moulded plastics and can interrupt production.

Raising the chilled water temperature to avoid condensation extends the cycle time and may increase crystallization rates. Air conditioning may help but it does not completely solve the problem.

Mould Area Protection systems guarantee a "no mould sweat" production throughout the year even in tropical conditions.
